Description

You will design and implement advanced personalization and experimentation solutions using Contentful Personalization, working directly with customer engineering, product, and marketing teams. Your work will reduce implementation risk, accelerate time to value, and create tighter feedback loops into product development.

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation with hands-on production experience
• Strong technical skills for implementing personalization in modern composable architectures
• Experience integrating with enterprise platforms (CDPs, CRMs, analytics, privacy tooling)
• Ability to design personalization delivery patterns across SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR, edge and CDN
• Experience enabling customer teams through workshops, code reviews, and documentation

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of personalization and experimentation programs including audience strategies, decisioning models, and experimentation frameworks
• Design personalization strategies that scale responsibly with guardrails for over-personalization, bias, and degraded UX
• Define measurement approaches connecting user behavior to business outcomes
• Architect and implement end-to-end personalization solutions using Contentful Personalization
• Lead technical discovery sessions to assess customer readiness and translate requirements into detailed technical designs
