💼 About This Role

You'll lead and grow a portfolio of immersive Jewish learning experiences including retreats, Camp Nai Nai Nai, and the Nai Cruise. You'll set vision and strategy, drive program growth, and ensure high-quality execution across all programs. This role offers the chance to shape the future of Jewish young adult engagement globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set and execute vision for immersive Jewish learning across all programs
• Oversee end-to-end execution of SLRs, PLRs, Camp Nai Nai Nai, and Nai Cruise
• Build and lead a high-performing team with clear expectations and coaching
• Manage immersive learning portfolio budget, including revenue and expenses

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of full-time professional experience in program leadership and team management
• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience including performance management
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in Jewish education or rabbinic ordination
• Executive director role at a camp or immersive Jewish organization
• Experience in immersive learning, retreats, or large-scale program delivery
