Description

As a home health care RN, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to patients in Horry/Georgetown Counties, SC. You will make home visits, follow care plans, administer medications, perform wound care, and document using a touch pad tablet.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in SC
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases
• Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits and perform assigned duties including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Execute and document doctors' orders and perform client assessments
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using electronic touch pad tablet
