💼 About This Role

You'll assess the design and effectiveness of cyber and IT controls across applications, infrastructure, and digital products. You'll work with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure risk frameworks are robust and scalable. This role combines hands-on control testing with opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI-driven approaches.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute cybersecurity and technology control assessments aligned with NIST CSF and COBIT.
• Perform design and operating effectiveness testing of IT and cyber controls.
• Identify control gaps and weaknesses, and recommend improvements.
• Support risk reporting and provide insights for senior leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity, or audit.
• Strong understanding of NIST CSF and related control standards.
• Hands-on experience in control testing including design and operating effectiveness.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, or related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC.
