💼 About This Role

You'll lead paid social acquisition for a mobile-first fintech company, optimizing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and more. You'll drive incrementality testing and own AI workflow improvements to accelerate growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Leverage data to refine campaigns and test new channels
• Lead experimentation with structured measurement frameworks
• Plan and manage campaign execution for new product launches
• Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, and Product teams

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in growth marketing, 7+ in B2C mobile-first
• Paid Social and Programmatic campaign execution experience
• Strong analytical skills including incrementality testing and MMM
• Deep experience with mobile attribution and MMPs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience creating AI agents/sub-agents
• Background in fintech or financial services
