You will drive cross-product impact, build experiments, optimize onboarding, and develop features that directly affect acquisition, monetization, and retention. You'll own end-to-end user journeys and work autonomously in a self-directed environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with JavaScript, React, and backend (preferably Laravel/PHP)
• 2+ years building scalable multi-tenant SaaS products
• Strong PostgreSQL skills including query optimization
• Experience with growth engineering and A/B testing
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with marketing and design
