You'll oversee day-to-day field operations for residential roofing projects, supervising crews and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Your leadership will directly impact project success, homeowner satisfaction, and team development. This role offers a company truck and 100% commission earnings after training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise crew members on residential roofing projects
• Ensure work meets scope, safety, and quality standards
• Communicate with homeowners from start to finish
• Prepare and collect invoices upon job completion

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to work overtime and two Saturdays per month during peak season
