🎯 What You'll Do

• Own performance marketing across paid acquisition, CRM, ASO, and SEO.
• Set lifecycle revenue targets and drive Braze capabilities.
• Design and run performance marketing operating rhythms and governance.
• Lead team development and capability building in measurement and analytics.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in performance marketing or growth leadership roles.
• Proven experience owning full-funnel measurement and analytics.
• Track record of managing large-scale paid acquisition budgets.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MMM and incrementality testing.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across timezones including US hours.
