You'll drive strategic planning and flawless execution of Klaviyo's presence at third-party events like Shoptalk Spring and eTail West, while supporting our flagship user conference K:Boston. This role blends analytical rigor, project management, attendee engagement, and creative expression. You'll experiment with bold approaches to elevate event marketing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute strategic tradeshows from booth design to on-site logistics
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams on event goals
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination
• Analyze event performance and provide actionable insights

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on event management experience
• Experience at a fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech company
• Proficiency in Salesforce and event platforms like Splash or Swoogo
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools
• Familiarity with Shoptalk, eTail West, or NRF
• Proactive problem-solving under pressure
