You'll define the local medical strategy for oncology products, ensuring scientific excellence and compliant medical engagement. You'll serve as the medical voice within the Italian Leadership Team and embed Italian medical considerations into regional plans. This role offers the opportunity to build the Italian Medical Affairs team in an entrepreneurial environment.

  • Define and execute local medical strategy for oncology products
  • Build relationships with KOLs, oncology networks, and academic institutions
  • Lead scientific exchange, advisory boards, and congress engagement
  • Drive local medical strategy across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Advanced degree: MD, PhD, or PharmD
  • 10+ years of Medical Affairs experience with country leadership
  • Oncology background and experience
  • Experience supporting oncology product launches in a European market
