💼 About This Role

You'll lead the AI/ML vision for supply-side marketplace systems at GetYourGuide, driving innovation in catalog curation, demand forecasting, and supplier tools. You'll shape production-grade LLM solutions and empower a team of Data Scientists and MLOps Engineers to deliver high-impact AI systems that power the supply side of the marketplace. This role combines deep technical expertise in AI/ML with strong people leadership to shape strategy and execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape the technical vision for AI/ML across the supply domain
• Lead a team of Data Scientists and MLOps Engineers
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders on AI/ML solutions
• Act as thought partner turning ambiguous asks into bold domain-level bets

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing high-performing Data Science teams
• Strong record of hands-on experience in production ML systems
• Experience leading design and delivery of customer-facing AI/LLM systems in production
• Excellent communication skills in English
