Description

As a Technical Recruiter at Sigma Computing, you will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles including Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Platform/Infrastructure Engineers, and AI/ML Engineers. You'll partner with engineering leadership and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, build proactive talent pipelines, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Demonstrated success hiring software engineers in competitive markets
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels
• Ability to articulate technical concepts credibly
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track and iterate on funnel metrics
