💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a key client-facing partner and core driver of project execution at a creative studio for tech startups. You'll lead new business scoping and manage client relationships from kickoff through final delivery. This role sits at the intersection of sales, creative strategy, and project leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals, timeline, and budget
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and pricing with creative leads
• Manage client expectations and project changes throughout delivery
• Maintain project and pipeline records across Airtable

📋 Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in creative production or client services
• Strong background in film, video, or content production
• Ability to scope creatively and think strategically about production
• Excellent project management skills with multiple stakeholders
