Description

You will serve as a strategic advisor to key clients, managing renewals, crafting marketing strategies, and developing carrier relationships. You'll lead large/complex accounts and support winning new business, while pursuing mastery of the insurance industry.

Requirements

• Experience in insurance or related industry
• Ability to think strategically based on client priorities and marketplace
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading and developing people
• MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage entire renewal process for existing accounts
• Support winning new business and setting up new accounts
• Maintain intimate knowledge of clients' business operations and strategies
• Craft marketing strategies, review submissions, and negotiate with underwriters
• Develop and maintain carrier relationships; manage a $1M-$1.3M revenue book
