💼 About This Role

You'll design and develop embedded software for satellite electronic payloads, advancing in-space compute and RF communications. You will guide a team to bring cutting-edge space-as-a-service ideas to reality, with your work launching into orbit. This role offers the chance to work on never-before-built systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect, design, and write high-quality software for satellites using modular and testable practices.
• Develop high-speed interface drivers, data handling, and networking capabilities.
• Perform SW/FW/HW integration to deliver fully functional software solutions.
• Conduct hands-on board bring-up and debugging.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience writing C or C++ for Embedded Linux and RTOS platforms.
• Expertise with Linux kernel, device driver, and BSP development.
• Experience with hardware interfacing and communication protocols (DMA, UART, LVDS, Ethernet, SpaceWire).
• Experience with Linux compilation toolchains (Yocto, Buildroot).

• Experience with SW development for aerospace or safety-critical applications.
• Experience with hypervisor or container virtualization techniques.
• Experience with Single Event Upset (SEU) mitigation mechanisms.
