💼 About This Role

You'll support internal IT operations and systems readiness at a federal consulting firm. You will build foundational skills in documentation, workflow discipline, and data hygiene across Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms. This role provides exposure to enterprise IT concepts and serves as a pipeline to operations, admin, or data roles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support proposal and RFI operations with trackers and checklists
• Maintain and organize SharePoint libraries and document repositories
• Assist with CRM and internal system data cleanup and validation
• Draft and standardize SOPs, user guides, and process documentation

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel)
• Ability to follow structured instructions and produce reviewable work

✨ Nice to Have

• Interest in IT operations, systems, and data integrity
• Experience with document management standards
• Familiarity with CRM or data cleanup concepts
