Description

As General Counsel at Myriad360, you will partner with the executive team to shape strategy, execute M&A, and structure high-impact deals. You'll own transactions end-to-end, build scalable legal frameworks, and enable the company to move quickly in a complex technology landscape.

Requirements

• JD from accredited law school; active bar membership
• 10-15+ years legal experience (law firm + in-house preferred)
• Strong M&A transaction experience, including leading deals end-to-end
• Experience in technology, services, or managed solutions environment
• Deep experience in commercial contracting and enterprise sales support

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal advisor to CEO, CFO, and executive team
• Lead M&A transactions end-to-end (LOI through close and integration)
• Oversee drafting, negotiation, and standardization of commercial contracts
• Manage corporate governance, compliance, and risk mitigation frameworks
• Advise on employment, data privacy, and technology matters
