Description

As the Local Growth & Field Community Lead, you will own the local growth strategy for key French cities by connecting hyper-locally with hospitality customers. You'll plan events, create raw content, and build relationships with influencers and prospects to drive brand awareness and sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Hospitality industry experience and contacts
• Ability to film, edit, and produce content solo using Canva, Apple Suite, or Google Suite
• Willingness to be out of the office in assigned cities frequently
• Self-starter with a sales-minded hustle and event management experience
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Looker, and Hootsuite preferred

Responsibilities

• Launch Anchor Mission by mapping and enlisting respected existing customers as hosts for events
• Build relationships with external stakeholders like prospects, influencers, and local trade associations
• Plan and execute high-vibe local events at customer sites to build community
• Produce raw and real customer stories using basic tools for social media and case studies
• Track success by linking offline events to pipeline attribution and creating data-backed monthly reports
