As the Field Operations Lead at Scout AI, you will plan and execute real-world testing and data collection for autonomous defense systems. You'll coordinate ground and air teams, manage test objectives, and ensure high-quality data collection under dynamic conditions. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and mission execution, where you'll translate technical goals into field operations and troubleshoot in real time.

Requirements

• Prior military experience, preferably in combat arms, aviation, or reconnaissance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 7+ years leading teams in field operations or mission-driven environments
• Proven ability to coordinate complex operations with multiple teams
• Strong technical foundation to understand and troubleshoot integrated hardware/software systems
