💼 About This Role

You'll drive operational excellence and growth as Stainless scales from ~50 to 100+ people. You'll own diverse business functions before specialized hires, partnering with the Head of Biz Ops on strategic projects, GTM, and company culture. This is a high-impact role with a path to Founder, COO, or GM.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run company operating cadence (QBRs, annual planning, performance reviews)
• Identify and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks
• Define and track core business metrics
• Drive GTM strategy and customer segmentation

📋 Requirements

• 3-8 years experience including 1-3 years in MBB/IB/PE/VC
• 1-4 years at a high-performing Series A-C startup in BizOps/PM/Chief of Staff
• Strong bias to action and exceptional organizational skills
• Technical proficiency: spreadsheets and low-code tools (Zapier, Retool, Clay)
