You'll serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound sales calls and in-person interactions. Your work will directly help individuals find the best financial products for their needs. This role offers fast-track growth with promotion from within.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take inbound and outbound sales calls
• Engage with customers in person at the branch
• Learn all aspects of the title, payday, and signature loan business
• Provide tailored financial products and services to customers

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of phone sales or call center experience
• 1+ years of customer service, sales, lending, or collections experience
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Some college or military experience
