You'll be the trusted partner for enterprise agency clients, driving retention and growth for Madhive's ad-tech platform. You will own campaign operations from trafficking to reporting, ensuring clients achieve their KPIs. This role is key to transforming local media with TV-first solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide ad operations support for enterprise agency clients
• Traffic campaigns in the DSP and own full lifecycle
• Own campaign reporting and present results internally and externally
• Drive retention and growth for your book of business

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a client services role
• Ad operations experience with a DSP
• Strong Excel skills and data analytical ability
