Description

You will lead the creative direction and strategy for Marvel Strike Force, defining the game's vision, tone, and content roadmap. You'll oversee the design pipeline, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the game meets high-quality standards for player experience and business success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of game design experience for F2P and Midcore/RPG games
• Experience as Creative Director, Game Director, or comparable leadership role
• Deep understanding of mobile game development and live service games
• Strong history working in cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams
• BA/BS in relevant field

Responsibilities

• Define and execute creative direction and tone of the game
• Develop game strategy and product roadmap with cross-functional leads
• Set clear, measurable creative goals from inception through launch
• Provide clear feedback on work-in-progress to ensure quality and timeline goals are met
• Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team
