Description

You'll help close the gender health gap by guiding women through perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions with compassionate, evidence-based care in a remote-first model. Appointments are designed to allow time to listen, educate, and personalize care.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state preferred)
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Guide women through perimenopause and menopause with evidence-based care
• Provide personalized care using expert-developed clinical pathways
• Order labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals as needed
• Engage in continuous learning through weekly clinical education
• Collaborate with a supportive, mission-driven clinical team
