Description

You will support the Senior Director of HR in executing core HR initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and serving as a first point of contact for managers and employees. This hands-on role involves assisting with employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, benefits support, and maintaining HR systems to ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Progressive HR experience, ideally in creative, tech, or fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting HR operations
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with service-oriented mindset
  • Working knowledge of employment law and employee relations best practices
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Director of HR in executing core HR initiatives and managing day-to-day operations
  • Serve as first point of contact for managers and employees on HR questions, policies, and processes
  • Assist in managing employee relations matters, including investigations and compliant solutions
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, documentation, and improvement plans
  • Partner with Payroll Lead on payroll matters, ensuring accurate data submission and resolving inquiries
