🎯 What You'll Do

• Define technical strategy for hands-on labs and experiential learning systems
• Manage and develop a team building and scaling lab experiences
• Oversee lab production operations including intake and quality assurance
• Partner with Engineering and Product to improve lab infrastructure and automation

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years in software engineering or related technical fields
• 3+ years leadership experience managing technical teams
• Hands-on understanding of cloud environments or platform operations
• Experience building or operating complex technical systems
