Description

You will build micro-services to secure Customer Identity Products and Infrastructure as a key member of the Security team, working across functions to solve security challenges and support the growth of Okta's global Customer Identity business.

Requirements

• 8+ years development experience writing microservices with Golang
• 8+ years experience in cloud infrastructure security and product security
• Working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure security, and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding best practices
• Experience working with a globally distributed and remote team

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain scalable infrastructure services and security solutions for customer identity products
• Build automation to improve platform security capabilities including logging, threat detection, and compliance benchmarks
• Collaborate with globally distributed product-aligned security engineering team
• Support security investigations, root cause analysis, and remediations
• Propose mitigation strategies for end-of-life software and security vulnerabilities
