💼 About This Role

You'll own and execute Ema's on-the-ground presence at industry events and tradeshows across the US. You'll be the connective tissue between BDR, Sales, and Marketing teams, turning live experiences into qualified pipeline. This is a high-visibility role at a fast-growing AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and manage end-to-end logistics for industry conferences and hosted events
• Collaborate with BDR/Sales to align events with target accounts and pipeline goals
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage event budgets to maximize ROI
• Track event performance metrics and share insights for continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• 3-7+ years of field marketing or event marketing in B2B SaaS
• Experience with HubSpot and marketing automation platforms
• Proficiency with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT
• Startup experience required — has built programs from scratch
