You'll lead Hostinger's security roadmap and align security investment with business growth as a technically strong CISO. You'll shape enterprise security architecture and ensure coherent identity, cloud, and platform security models. This role offers direct collaboration with executive leadership and engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Hostinger's security roadmap and define maturity targets
• Review major infrastructure and product design decisions
• Present cyber risk posture at executive and board level
• Mentor senior security leaders and ensure separation of strategy and ops

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in cybersecurity with strong hands-on background
• Proven expertise in cloud-native platforms (GCP preferred), IAM, infrastructure security
• Strong understanding of modern detection and response ecosystems (SIEM, EDR, XDR, CDR)
• Experience building or guiding scalable security control models
