• Cultivate resident satisfaction, ensuring work orders completed within 48 hours.
• Lead community marketing and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Manage budget, control costs, and maintain positive Net Operating Income.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record and ability to pass background check.
