💼 About This Role

You'll partner with product teams to drive data-informed decisions across Rover's marketplace, from ROI modeling to experiment analysis. You'll identify trends and root causes in marketplace performance, presenting insights to leadership. This hybrid role requires two days per week in the Barcelona office and offers a dog-friendly environment with pet adoption reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with product and design teams to solve customer problems using hypotheses and data.
• Present trends and insights on business changes to senior leadership and product organization.
• Support Rover's experimentation process and improve decision-making frameworks.
• Decompose drivers of marketplace performance changes and recommend actions.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years business experience in Analytics.
• Background in data-informed decision-making and partnering with multi-functional teams.
• Expertise in A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experimental design.
• Advanced SQL and data visualization tool experience (e.g., Looker, Tableau).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a two-sided marketplace.
• Familiarity with Python or R.
• Knowledge of product analytics tools like Amplitude.
