You'll partner directly with enterprise customers building and deploying conversational agents on the ElevenLabs Agents Platform. You'll own expansion outcomes across a defined portfolio, driving net revenue retention and multi-product adoption. This role offers high-velocity impact within a leading AI research company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on agent design, personas, and conversation flows
• Analyze agent performance data to identify optimization opportunities
• Own expansion outcomes and drive cross-sell for enterprise accounts
• Partner with Sales and Engineering to convert technical success into revenue growth

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS or AI/ML
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience building and deploying AI agents
• Proven experience owning a revenue quota and closing cross-sell opportunities
