Requirements
- 3 years of related work experience
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Supervise ticket sellers and advise staff as needed
- Train ticketing staff and assist with scheduling
- Reconcile credential inventory and equipment each shift
- Resolve customer service complaints and troubleshoot software/POS issues
- Review show builds for pricing and date accuracy; coordinate with marketing
