Requirements

  • 3 years of related work experience
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Supervise ticket sellers and advise staff as needed
  • Train ticketing staff and assist with scheduling
  • Reconcile credential inventory and equipment each shift
  • Resolve customer service complaints and troubleshoot software/POS issues
  • Review show builds for pricing and date accuracy; coordinate with marketing
