💼 About This Role

You'll process operating and pharmacy accounts payable using Concur and Great Plains. You'll ensure timely payments and protect against overpayments. This hybrid role requires one day a week in the Tampa office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Check and maintain AP inbox emails for invoice processing
• Process weekly AP batches for check runs
• Review source details from invoices and expense reports
• Assist with vendor maintenance and document retention

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of related AP experience
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting software experience
• Attention to detail and analytical skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Experience with Great Plains, Business Central, or Concur
