💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale Rogo's brand as our first dedicated Brand Designer, defining how we express our identity across every touchpoint. You'll set a creative standard for institutional finance, working closely with leadership and marketing to shape the visual direction of a fast-growing AI company. This role offers the chance to define a brand in a space where almost none exist, collaborating with world-class investors and top financial institutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain core brand assets and guidelines
• Design brand surfaces including website, social, and events
• Create product marketing assets for launches and announcements
• Build templates and libraries to ensure brand consistency

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of brand or visual design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating strong typography, composition, and storytelling
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with motion or animation tools
• Experience across mediums: web, digital, print, and motion

✨ Nice to Have

• Strong motion design or animation experience
• Previous startup experience especially B2B
• Located in NYC or willing to relocate
