💼 About This Role

You'll join Oscar Health's Utilization Management Team to determine medical appropriateness of services using evidence-based guidelines. You'll influence departmental strategy and lead a team of physicians, ensuring efficient management and quality standards. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide timely medical reviews meeting quality parameters
• Document decisions in workflow tools at Flesch-Kincaid grade level
• Conduct peer-to-peer discussions with treating providers
• Manage direct reports and oversee team performance

📋 Requirements

• Board certification as MD or DO with unrestricted license
• 3+ years of clinical practice
• 2+ years of utilization review in managed care
