💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial planning and analysis for Unity's advertising business unit, reporting to the VP of Finance. You'll drive long-range planning, annual operating plans, and quarterly forecasts while partnering with executive leadership. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as senior finance business partner to Ads GM/VP and executive leadership.
• Lead long-range planning, annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly close.
• Translate monetization strategy and product roadmaps into financial impact models.
• Drive KPI reporting across key Ads metrics and analyze performance drivers.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role within advertising or digital media.
• Deep understanding of advertising metrics like ad load, fill rates, user growth, platform mix.
