You'll own the monthly close, AP/AR, and audit for a fintech company, reporting to the VP of Finance. Your core impact will be selecting and implementing a new ERP and driving automation across accounting operations. This role stands out for its high ownership and direct influence on systems that scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the monthly close calendar and process
• Partner with FP&A on ERP selection and implementation
• Identify and ship automation wins across AP/AR and reconciliation
• Lead the next audit cycle end-to-end

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• ERP implementation experience (led or core driver)
• Hands-on monthly close ownership
• End-to-end financial statement audit experience

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA license or active pursuit
• Big 4 or regional audit firm background
• Prior experience at a venture-backed fintech or SaaS startup
