You'll lead a team building a sales planning platform for high-growth companies like Netflix and Stripe. Your work will directly impact quota planning and territory design at scale. This role offers a chance to shape product strategy in an API- and AI-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a distributed engineering team with a strong culture of trust and accountability.
• Partner with Product and Design to shape roadmap, scope, and product strategy.
• Drive delivery of customer-facing capabilities for quota planning, territory design, and capacity planning.
• Coach engineers across levels and create opportunities for technical leadership and growth.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience as an engineer and/or engineering manager.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience, including people management and roadmap planning.
• Experience building and scaling early-stage or newly launched products.
• Track record of leading teams that ship reliable customer-facing systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Python.
• Experience in the B2B SaaS market.
• Experience building AI-enabled features or products.
