💼 About This Role

You'll define the strategy and roadmap for OpenAI's billing and financial infrastructure, partnering with engineering, finance, and go-to-market teams to scale order-to-cash processes and build AI-powered tooling for internal teams. This role is critical to making paying for OpenAI products seamless worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop strategy and roadmap to scale billing operations and customer experience
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve order-to-cash for strategic customers
• Build AI-powered tooling for finance and user operations teams
• Collaborate with product teams to define monetization strategies and billing infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management or related experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, CS, Engineering, or related field
• Experience working in technical environment with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
