💼 About This Role

You'll manage strategic OEM and automotive partner relationships while driving execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives at Podium. You'll lead partnership growth and coordinate with internal teams to launch product pilots and go-to-market campaigns.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support and manage relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth
• Lead and coordinate complex partnership initiatives and product launches
• Manage cross-functional coordination between Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing
• Own project timelines, identify risks, and proactively drive projects forward

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in business development or project management in automotive
• Proven ability to manage large strategic relationships and coordinate across stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Automotive OEMs or large dealer groups
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and CRM systems
• Knowledge of automotive dealer technology space
