🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of 6-10 Engineering Specialists
  • Manage team performance against established goals and quotas
  • Coach team members to improve technical depth and customer engagement
  • Lead process improvement initiatives for departmental effectiveness

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing roles
  • 2+ years of people management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience building and developing high-performing teams
  • Proven technical expertise with data centers and data protection technologies

  • Experience with Veeam Data Platform, Data Cloud, Vault, or Kasten
  • Familiarity with data resilience maturity models
