You'll lead a team of deep product experts supporting strategic customer engagements at Veeam. Your impact will drive measurable customer outcomes and optimization opportunities across top accounts. You'll manage 6-10 Domain Engineering Specialists and collaborate cross-functionally.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of 6-10 Engineering Specialists
- Manage team performance against established goals and quotas
- Coach team members to improve technical depth and customer engagement
- Lead process improvement initiatives for departmental effectiveness
π Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing roles
- 2+ years of people management experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience building and developing high-performing teams
- Proven technical expertise with data centers and data protection technologies

- Experience with Veeam Data Platform, Data Cloud, Vault, or Kasten
- Familiarity with data resilience maturity models
