Description

You'll lead a team of 5-7 engineers building the **mobile platform** and **shared app experience** at a consumer fintech company evolving from a single product to a multi-product platform. Your impact will shape **technical architecture** and developer experience.

Requirements

• **Experience managing** a team of software engineers with a track record of retaining and developing talent.
• **Technical fluency** in frontend/mobile, with strong React Native or comparable mobile framework expertise.
• **Bias toward shaping direction** and defining roadmap from scratch.
• **Active use of AI tools** in engineering workflow and driving AI adoption across a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-7 engineers on mobile platform and shared experience.
• Drive technical architecture for shared services and composable frontend patterns.
• Partner with Principal PM on multi-product strategy and roadmap.
• Shape AI-first developer experience and platform engineering practices.
