💼 About This Role

You'll manage end-to-end revenue tracking and financial reporting for a digital product and brand experience agency. You'll ensure revenue accuracy and audit readiness while supporting month-end close and cross-functional teams. This is a 100% remote opportunity with a leading nearshore staffing provider.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end revenue tracking across clients or business units
• Reconcile revenue data to ensure completeness and financial integrity
• Monitor WIP, identify unbilled work, and manage aging balances
• Support month-end and quarter-end close with audit-ready data

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in finance, client finance, or revenue operations
• Hands-on experience with revenue tracking, WIP, billing, and reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

• SOX-controlled environment experience
• ERP system experience (e.g., Maconomy)
