You'll source and evaluate early-stage B2B SaaS startups for a venture capital firm. You'll build relationships with founders and support investment decisions. This role offers direct deal exposure and a chance to shape how we invest.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source high-potential early-stage startups across North America
• Manage and evaluate inbound deal flow from screen to recommendation
• Build strong relationships with founders and ecosystem players
• Support internal thesis development and market mapping

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in tech startups or as a founder
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and pace
• Digitally native with ability to grow network
