You'll lead complex government programs in infrared sensor development for aerospace and defense, managing cost, schedule, and technical performance while serving as the primary customer interface. This role drives strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams to deliver mission-ready solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary customer point of contact for program execution
• Develop and maintain relationships with government customers and prime contractors
• Lead technical teams through design, development, and production phases
• Manage program plans, schedules, risks, and mitigation strategies

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of program management in defense or aerospace hardware
• Experience as primary customer interface for government or defense primes
• Background in systems engineering and hardware development lifecycles
• Proficiency in EVMS, CAM, and risk management practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in infrared sensors or semiconductor fabrication
• Classified program experience and security clearance
• PMP or INCOSE CSEP certification
