  • Lead cross-functional kickoff meetings and alignment
  • Develop global activation toolkits and playbooks
  • Coordinate governance and milestone reviews

📋 Requirements

  • 6-8 years of integrated marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
  • GTM planning and cross-functional leadership skills

✨ Nice to Have

  • Footwear/apparel/consumer goods background
  • Regional/global marketing experience
  • Familiarity with Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira
