💼 About This Role

You'll inspect and repair roofs, siding, and gutters for a family-owned roofing company. You'll work on a variety of residential and commercial projects while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect roofs to determine the best repair procedures
• Remove snow, water, or debris from roofs prior to applying materials
• Cement or nail flashing strips to make joints watertight
• Prepare and collect invoices for completed jobs

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to climb a ladder and work at elevated heights

🚩 Heads Up

• 100% commission pay structure may lead to income instability
