Description

You will lead the Business Systems Data Insights team, building scalable data infrastructure and driving AI automation across Finance, Merchandising, Procurement, and HR. This high-impact role shapes company strategy through data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• 8+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering
• 3-5+ years engineering management experience leading teams of 3-10+ engineers
• Expert-level Python and SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with Airflow or similar orchestration tools
• Deep understanding of data modeling and dimensional modeling

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and automation specialists
• Own end-to-end data solutions including ETL/ELT, orchestration, and scalable data models
• Drive AI automation innovation, creating Gen AI agents and automation frameworks
• Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with SOX, GDPR, CCPA
• Define strategic roadmap and investment priorities based on business impact
