💼 About This Role
You'll provide on-site technical support to system users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for an MSP client. You'll manage tickets and resolve Tier 1-3 issues including Active Directory and O365. This role offers exposure to enterprise environments and financial services clients.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot Tier 1-3 hardware and software issues for users
- Manage and maintain Active Directory and Exchange environments
- Install and configure new equipment and modifications
- Document and track tickets in ticketing system
📋 Requirements
- 4-7 years of related IT experience
- 3+ years of recent systems maintenance and end-user support
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Knowledge of VMware, Citrix, or Cisco
✨ Nice to Have
- ConnectWise or similar ticketing system experience
- Financial services industry or MSP experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
